Our Design Process
Initial Telephone Consultation
Our initial consultation will start with getting a project brief from yourself. From the project brief we will be able to offer advice and arrange a date for us to conduct a face to face consultation and site survey. Before our face to face consultation we will email you a quote of our design packages.
Face to Face Consultation
During our second consultation we can offer you more insight into our design packages if you have not yet made a choice and we will discuss the project in more detail. We will also carry out a site survey which includes all the measurements and levels required for the design.
Initial Design
After a design package has been agreed we will start on the initial design. We will then discuss the design with you in our sales office and conduct any revisions required. After these are made the design can be signed off.
Planting and Lighting Program
Here we will discuss the requirements for plants and lighting and consult with the respected professionals in these sectors to achieve the results you require.
Final Master Plan
After the signing off of the initial design we can start the final master plan. The design package you opted for will then be emailed to you along with sample lists and any other documents required.

Quote
After the finalisation of the design we can provide an in depth, detailed quote and specification for the build.
The Build
Once a quote has been agreed we can commence with the build aspect of the project. The design team and build team will work closely together to ensure the designs are brought perfectly to life. Click Here for a more detailed build process.
Handover and Site Walk
After the build has finished we will provide you with a handover document containing all of the necessary project information and complete a final inspection sitewalk.
