Got a Question?
Choosing the right material for your outdoor space is a significant investment. Whether you are considering the sleek, modern finish of porcelain patios or the timeless appeal of traditional stone paving, our expert team is here to help you make an informed decision for your home.
Is porcelain paving slippery when wet?
No. High-quality outdoor porcelain is specifically engineered with a textured surface to provide excellent grip. We exclusively use paving units with an R11 slip rating or higher, ensuring your patio remains safe for children and pets even during the British rainy season.
Do I need planning permission?
In most cases no. Most patios, paths and driveways don’t require planning permission. Occasionally, garden structures of a certain size can require planning but usually they fall under permitted development.
However, we will always be available to advise you about your specific project and help with planning permission if it is required.
How much will my project cost?
Each and every project is different. We will always try to help and advise with the costs required by starting with a rough estimate. This allows you to understand the region of which your project will cost before we both spend the time to finalise a specification and scope of works. This allows us to produce a design that you and your budget are happy with. For a full garden transformation £15,000 is a good budget but some of our projects start closer to the £10,000 mark.
Do you provide warranty?
Yes – Our work is designed and built to last. We use the best quality materials and employ highly skilled installers to ensure our projects stand the test of time. For more information on our warranties you will receive a warranty pack upon scheduling a project.
